RESERVATIONS:
- Our luxury condo is a NON-Smoking unit.
- Maximum occupancy is limited to 4.
- No pets allowed
- CHECK-IN: 3 PM. CHECK-OUT: 11AM
- Cleaning Fee INCLUDED in stays of 7 nights or
more. - 12.416% Hawaii State Lodging Tax and a $25
reservation fee is additional - $325 Reservation Deposit is due within 5 days of
booking to confirm reservation for stays up to 3
weeks during low and high season. - $500 Reservation Deposit for stays during peak
and holiday season and for stays 3 weeks or
longer anytime of the year. - A PAID DEPOSIT confirms your reservation.
Inquiries are not considered confirmed
reservations. - During high demand dates, the first guest to give
us a deposit will receive the confirmed reservation. - Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival
date for high and low season. 90 days prior for
peak and holiday season. - For reservations made within 60 days of arrival,
full payment is due at booking. - We accept personal checks, cashier's checks,
Visa, Discover and Master Card. - For guaranteed late checkout, if available, 1/2 of
one night's rate. - Late checkout requests may be made 2 weeks
prior to arrival. Request must be paid within 48
hours of request to guarantee late checkout. - All rates, taxes and terms are subject to change
without notice.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- $300 Damage deposit is due at full payment
date. Deposit will be refundable after departure,
after condo has been inspected for damage
and/or missing items.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
- A 4-night minimum stay is required.
- If stay is less than 7 nights, a Cleaning fee of
$105 will be added, unless your reservation
is a filler stay. Please see above for filler
stay details. - Minimum of 7 night stay required during peak
and holiday season.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We hope you don't need
to cancel, but if you do...

- There will be a cancellation fee of $100 with a
minimum of 90 day notice prior to arrival date. - If notice is given within 61-89 days of arrival date
the deposit will be retained. - For cancellations within 60 days of arrival or after
the arrival date, payments will be retained. If the
condo can be rented a pro-rated refund will be
issued. - Our guests are advised to consider traveler's
